"The hotel is close to the main train station and Tram stations are all around the hotel. There are so many restaurants and shops in 5 to 10 mins walk. Aldi is next door "

"Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room. "
