"Our stay was perfect. We were cooking in the morning for breakfast since none of the restaurants were open at that time and we triggered the smoke detector which was good because the slightest bit of smoke it detects will alarm the fire department haha. Overall the apartment felt cozy and super safe! My family enjoyed their stay here a lot."

"Everything was as described. Its close to the main train station about 10 min walk and 3 min from the metro station. The apartment is spacious and has all amenities you need for an extended stay. Very responsive host. Overall a very good experience."

"The corridor was narrow and the air was extremely hot. There was no cooling system in the room and we had to open the window. There was a lot of noise outside and insects entered our room. They didn't leave any shampoo for us in the bathroom and we had to buy shampoo. "

"Apartment is clean. Quiet, great location with easy walk to many attractions, water pressure excellent, bathrooms were clean. Bedding was adequate, pillows could use a refresh. Would give a five except for two easy to address issues - there was no toilet paper upon our arrival, this is a staple standard that should be awaiting guests and it has been mentioned in previous reviews so be aware that you should bring your own. And our greeting at the property was a little gruff although we recognize...

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

"The apartment is located right next to the train station. So it was really easy to travel. There is no housekeeping so new towels are to be requested. There is basic cutlery and dishwasher for simple meal. Laundry is available at the basement (needs to be paid). The place was spacious and everything was good. The bed curtains had dust but it was ok since I didn't use them. "

"Area is only close to the Vienna airport . It’s great if you are connecting overnight or have a long connection . Walk Al ale to terminal . Nothing else around. Great vibe and energy in the lobby."

Great Staff, Great Price, Great Location

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. There is even a kitchen included. The location of the hotel is close to many public transportation options. It is an easy ride to tourist sites. The hotel price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vienna."
