"This property is very convenient to the main bus station and the port. You have to go around to the back of the building to find the door. This was not obvious to me. I mistook a loading door for a store downstairs for the door to the hotel. "

"Clean spacious and quiet room. Towel was provided and bedsheets. Close to port and bus station serving other cites in Croatia and Dubrovnik including Direct Bus to Montenegro (3 times a day). Buses to Pile gate and old town. Local supermarket and mall, restaurants. Really good location. Clean bathroom and toilet. Ac was good and working well. Hostel has microwaves and Fridge in the breakfast area. Really great place for mature minds amd quiet away from noise and nuisances.. "

"It is a good hostel, with good structure and very clean. I got a wardrobe with key, which was very helpful. Staff wasn’t the nicest with me (however at night, there was a really nice guy who gave me good recommendations on the city). It is a 20-30 min walk to the center or to the beaches, like Copacabana. Maybe not the best place to meet people, but really nice structure, so I felt comfortable there. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Rooms Nina. We were very well received by the host, who was very kind and smiling. The room was very beautiful, cosy and clean. So was the bathroom. She gaves us a lot of places to hang out, and eat. We thank her very much for everything. The Old Town is a 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of things to do and see. It’s very beautiful. We certainly recommend this place and vacations in Dubrovnik ! "

"The appartment was great with modern design and very very clean!! The location is great near to mall and marina! The owner was excellent and he advise us where to go for food, beach. Is near to everything and there is a parking for free!!! "

"Airbnb would Be as a same Price but without riddiccilous rules of this place, you Are not allowed to bring your shoes inside a House you must leave them on a terrace, you cant Have a trashbag in your Room. You get complaints bout everything you do, dont close The toilet door too loudly. Owner IS so riddiccilous person that I dont know what to Say itse like a sketchshow charcter, she IS anxtious about everything, but If something good you want The place IS very clean becuse she cleans all The...

"Owner was very rude. Yelled at us like a crazy person and canceled our reservation after we were already there."

"The property was advertised with "Parking available" but in the detail received only days before and too late to cancel it was specified free parking if available. Was lucky to find a free space in the area indicated about 400meter from the property but was parked in during the day. Had to move the car to a narrow street or else pay at least 30Eur per day in the Dubrovnik Center Parking. This added unnecessary stress and I will definitively in future only use properties with dedicated parking on...

"Although it is a 30 minute walk to the old city, there is public transportation and Uber for seven euros. the place is really nice. Great view. The owners could not have been nicer. Very clean and a kitchen. It is quiet and inviting. Great price as well."

The accommodation was very average and dated, and the cooking facilities were very poor and limited. I think it needs some updating but not too bad value for money.
