"We loved out stay in Villa Lanterna. Its about 15 mins from the downtown/old town area of Dubrovnik which was perfect for us. They had a lovely pool to cool down in and was a two min walk away from a local beach. The front desk staff were so lovely. Igor carried both of our bags up for us which was impressive and so helpful after a day of traveling and was joking with us upon arrival. "We had a great stay in the Jele rooms. We met both people staying in the rooms next to us and they were also lovely. It was a bit of a walk to the old town but was easy to get Ubers. The property was clean, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Check in and check out was easy and the view from our balcony was incredible. I highly recommend! "

Perfect stay
"Wonderful hotel, don't know how anyone can score this low. From entering the lobby on the first day to being picked up by the airport shuttle driver on the last day it was just the best relaxing holiday my wife and I have had. Without a doubt the staff are really what made it extra special. So attentive, smiling and couldn't do enough for you, and warm praise to the new recruits serving us at breakfast, they did well. The location was spot on with several restaurants and beaches in close proximity if you wanted a change of scenario. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and runs into the main town every 10 mins and only 2 euros. Room was good, a bit tired in places but nothing to spoil the week and it might be good to have a parasol on the balcony as it gets extremely hot in the afternoon with no shade. Housekeeping also brilliant and handled any query you had. The facilities in the hotel were great, 2 pools plus the beach. Then there is the live entertainment and plenty of things for children to do. Will definitely go back."
