"The room was clean and comfortable. It was what I needed for the weekend to enjoy the cherry blossoms. It was well located where I was able to walk to most places and had really good restaurants near by."

"We started by being impressed with Wanda during check in. Our room was comfortable and clean. Any interaction with the staff was impressive. All of them were courteous, helpful and polite. This was by far our best hotel experience in years. Very impressed with this property and the staff here."

"The staff were great. We were able to keep our bags secured behind the front desk since early check in wasn't available. One of the elevators was out of service and the other one got stuck on the day we checked out. The TV in the room wasn't the best and had some picture issues, but the channel line up was good. Check in and check out were great. The room and hotel were clean. In a great location. I would stay again."

"This property has been ridden hard and put away wet!! Bathtub drips and cannot be turned off. Toilet runs wasting water. Refrigerator shelves missing. Cupboards in rough condition. Linens are threadbare. Towels has trim hanging off and should have been thrown away,.bathroom countertops are worn out!! Bed was comfortable. Very disappointed!"

"Great and cozy in an older setting. Comfortable rooms with just the right size, and very clean and comfy for quick stays. The concierge team was invaluable and polite, and the location is near the city center, within walking distance of the Metro."
