"Firstly, this review has nothing to do with Luis, who was good.I will say that we visit Brickell often. We know that paying premium prices is a norm. But with that, should come a level of quality, and this location didn’t deliver.The pictures we saw when booking didn’t equal the place we walked in to.The outlets didn’t work and every plug we had (regular normal US plugs) fell out at the slightest touch. "Achei muito boa , limpa lençóis gostosos muito bem equipado. Tive muita dificuldade com a comunicação, não me responderam não sabia como entrar e pedi um check in Mai’s cedo pois meu voo chegava 5:30h da manhã . Tive que ficar perambulando até 15:00h não foram nada flexíveis ."
