The property is definitely older by appearance and up keep. The toilet in our room didn't flush properly. The elevators had long wait times and only 2 of 3 worked. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area around the property is very nice and safe. You're right across from the Bayside Market Place, so there's plenty to see and do within walking distance.

The property seems a bit outdated. There is overall smell to the property that I couldn’t quite make out, not super offensive just off putting. These items just made it feel lass than par. The location pre-cruise was great for getting to the cruise as well as partaking in pre cruise activities at Bayside! Front desk staff, the few times visiting was always on his cell phone which made one feel like they were interrupting. Sleep sofa was very tilted in use making for a terrible nights sleep. Transportation to the cruise was offered to be arranged, overpriced I would suggest an Uber instead.

I was over billed, I choose the pay at property option and I got over billed 168.36 over what expedia said it would cost. I had to call the hotel again to try and sort it out. This ruined my entire experience. Parking is a mess!

Mold everywhere in the rooms, in the halls, on the ceilings. They just paint over it but the smell is sickening. My whole family was coughing and congested this place needs to be shut down. Even the bedding felt damp. Only parking is a tiny overcrowded lot that’s difficult to find. It’s also valet only for $50 a night and a rude man that doesn’t speak English asks you to pay using an app on HIS PHONE. Very suspicious and unprofessional. Sleeping in your car would be better than this dump.
