The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...
