"This was a great value close to Venice. The outdoor garden area was nice. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom that had good water pressure. The air conditioning could have been a little colder, but we were there in the heat of summer. It worked sufficiently to allow us to get a good night’s sleep. The bus stop to Venice is close by."

The hotel was in a perfect location - five minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and docking station to the Venice Water Busses. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Piazza San Marco!"

Hotel has parking off site. Breakfast was terrible compared to our 30 days in Italy at numerous hotel stays. Would not return to the area. "
