"Good location in center with parking, clean, but limited working hours of reception -we adviced our arrival a bit later coming from another city,reception was empty 5 minutes earlier, we rang, no answer, we rang again, a women almost shouted unfriendly that we dont need to ring more times, but we were worried nobody was there. "We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"Excellent location near Mestre station (just one stop by train to Santa Lucia), clean and comfortable room, and good value for money. The sink, the TV, and the AC in the single room come in very handy. The owner, however, is a grumpy guy who won't hesitate to swear and yell at you at the flimsiest excuse (yes, really!). "

"Si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Dolo. La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. All’interno è tutto molto curato, molto pulito e le stanze sono bellissime. L’accoglienza dei proprietari è ottima e la ragazza è gentilissima. Ritornerò molto volentieri "
