Todo estuvo muy bien, sólo tengo dos observaciones: nos dijeron que no podíamos tener nuestra hielera en la alberca o la playa del hotel, porque ellos venden bebidas. Pero la tiendita donde supuestamente las venden, nunca la abrieron. Otra observación: la limpieza de la alberca puede mejorar. "

"this was my 3rd time staying here. and it had been ok the other 2 times. this time the air-condition didn't work, the shower had either hot water or scalding water. in all 3 rooms that I was in. every time I called they sent a housekeeper to check nothing was done. I had booked for 7 nights only stayed 3 nights. I couldn't sleep my last night i had to move the couch right underneath the A/C in order to get some cool air. my room was non refundable and the hotel didn't have the courtesy to refund...
