"The hotel must have recently refurbished and it was very clean. But the little details were missing. No hand towel or bath mat. The wardrobe had not been put together properly the drawers didnt fit. The duvet didnt fit the bed! Think it might have been a superking which was very comfortable but the duvet didn't reach the edges when we were in it, may be a king size. Missed having fresh coffee at breakfast, was instant"

"The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area."

"I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.."

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Place was in a lovely location but the lack of parking could be an issue, also the Wi-Fi code in the info folder was unclear and we needed to look on back of the router to log on, the contact number in the folder was no longer available - because I had an e mail from the owners direct I had a number but it wasn’t helpful as they couldn’t help. I also think saying thee property was dog friendly was misleading as you were unable to have dogs up stairs and downstairs was just a hall way and the...
