"Rooms were large and modern, with great views of the city. Hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall with many food options and also linked to the MRT so it is incredibly convenient to get around. Breakfast spread was decent, but they close really fast and start to subtly chase people out by ~945am. Do note also that you need to call to ask them to make up your room if you leave any later than 10am!"

"We stayed here for three days and enjoyed the experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the breakfast caters to everyone's taste. There is a bus stop around the corner from the hotel that goes to West Lake. A special thank you to Wendy Liu for helping us before and throughout our stay. She really made our stay a lot more pleasurable. Highly recommended!!"
