"It was a good beach hotel. The price was good and everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Security was well maintained. Praia da Cachoeira do Bom Jesus is a super touristy area, which means it is well maintained and super safe. You can walk around without any problems. Stand at the crosswalks and people will eventually stop and let you through. Brazilians are very nice people and they are willing to help you have a safe and good trip. If you speak Spanish...

" O hotel é bem bonitinho por dentro, ajeitado, mesmo estando numa zona deteriorada do Centro de Florianópolis, onde há lixo nas calçadas e muitos usuários de drogas 24 horas. Apesar disso, a localização é estratégica, pois fica perto do terminal central de ônibus e da Rodoviária. Me surpreendi com a qualidade do quarto que fiquei, esperava condições aquém do que encontrei. Mando meus agradecimentos ao pessoal que cuida, são todos jovens, em especial ao Muriel, que foi muito prestativo comigo."

"This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again."

"As we arrived we could choose between two properties. Karin communicated very well with us. The view from our balcony was great. Had all the basics. The smell was a bit odd when we arrived. It came from the toilet. It was fine after we aired out and kept the toilet door closed. Walk up and down is very steep. But it’s ok we didn’t have to walk fast. Beaches are closed by. "Tiene que mejorar algunos aspectos de las habitaciones en cuanto al mobiliario y la limpieza de las toallas, me tocó una habitación donde el comedor que era de mdf estaba levantado por la humedad y se estaba comenzando a levantar, solicité toallas para la playa y las cobran, no vi esa información en la reserva, pero adicional a eso las toallas venían manchadas, me percaté que no cambiaban las toallas, ya que todos los días me tocaba la misma y me di cuenta por una mancha que tenía."
