"Bom, confortável. Porém longe do centro de Biguacu e é barulhento por estar a beira da rodovia. Só tinha macho. Provavelmente peão de empresas. Eles fazem churrasco embaixo e ficam com som. "

"O atendimento é espetacular, desde as meninas que auxiliam nos quartos, ate a recepção. O cafe é servido a uma curta caminhada do hotel, mas que se transforma em um espetacular cafe com uma vista fenomenal da praia! Tudo estava bem limpinho e organizado. So duas coisas a comentar, as toalhas sao asperas e os quartos tem uma pessima acustica, todos irao escutar vc e visse versa. "

"Foi ótimo! Gostei de tudo. I'm from the US, but lived in Brazil some years ago. This is a very nice hotel. They were helpful with everything. I am fluent in Portuguese, but they had staff who could speak English and Spanish as well. Dinner was very good. The flavors of food are muted compared to what we are used to, but the ingredients are 1st class. We had filet mignon with carrots and parsnips. (Advertised and manioc root. Nope) Anyway, it was delicious. I am actually lactose intolerant in the US. I eat dairy products anyway and suffer. Here the buttered carrots... Not a problem. Cheese the next morning, no issues. So not sure what the difference is, but Brazilian dairy seems to agree with me. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I can tell that the humidity plays havoc with trim etc, so I'm not going to sing the hotel for what Brazil is weather wise. The valet parking is R$50. Lets be honest, that's less than $10. Why would you fight for parking? If you want a nice clean place to stay with beautiful scenery and a wonderful friendly staff, stay at the Novotel. Highly recommended. "
