Péssima experiência
Péssima experiência . Recepcionistas desmotivados e despreparados. Estado de conservação péssimo , abandonado: quarto com cortinas sujas , lençóis não cobriam todo o colchão, paredes sujas , Tv não funcionava: sem conexão com a internet, sem tv a cabo. No banheiro as torneiras da pia com vazamento, aquecimento da água oscilava ( tomei banho frio) , frigobar com ferrugem por dentro , elevador estragado . Apenas 2 secadores de cabelo para servir 8 andares de apartamentos e ambos estavam estragados segundo a informação da recepção- portanto não havia nenhum disponível . Só deixavam 2 toalhas de banho , tinha que ficar pedindo as de rosto e o tapete de banheiro , pois a camareira não colocava . Sem cabides para pendurar a roupa , sem abajur e sem criado mudo . No refeitório , qdo terminavam os ovos , tinha que esperar o funcionário trazer de fora , para reposição . Estacionamento mais caro do que da garagem ao lado. Escutei várias reclamações de outros hóspedes com referência ao hotel , inclusive um deles ficou com a porta do frigobar na mão , ao abrir, tamanha a falta de manutenção . Jamais retornarei ou recomendarei este hotel.

Fora o atendimento péssimo,meu quarto nao tinha chuveiro quente,interfone não funcionava,tive que descer duas vezes para pedirem que consertassem duas tomadas que nao funcionavam.Apenas uma toalha disponível.Sem falar da péssima recepção dos folianopolitas em geral.

Pesadelo no centro de Florianópolis
Já havia ficado outras vezes neste hotel, a qualidade era baixa mas era barato, hoje está caro e pior que antes. Você chega na recepção mal olham na sua cara. Entra no quarto os móveis estão desmontando. A televisão não funciona, pedi pra virem olhar mas depois de duas horas e três pedidos eu desisti. Papel higiênico uma miséria. Não tem um pano de chão e toalha de rosto e além de tudo estava chovendo e o banheiro estava inundado pela manhã. A julgar pela mancha no teto o problema é antigo. O café da manhã não é ruim, mas tem que pedir talheres, enfim, um hotel desgovernado.

Não gosto de falar mal, mas é impossível não comentar. Uma cachoeira que vinha do teto do banheiro, uma zuada infernal que fazia, luz do quarto queimada, uma mesa quebrada e com parafusos expostos que seriam um perigo pra minha filha de 2 anos. A única boa é o sinal de internet, o café da manhã foi regular
