"I liked this property "

"The main redeeming feature of the property was the friendly service from the staff. The room is outdated, the bathroom had rusting taps and showerhead, there was one bath towel in a room allocated for a family of four, and the hotel had run out of breakfasts so we had to make alternative arrangements. Not good. "

"Only issues I had were that the tv didn't work and the locks were a bit iffy. Everything else was alright."

"Very comfortable clean room above a pub. Nice bed nice sized room very reasonably priced. Car park though busy had spaces both times I needed them. Bit of advice, book taxi's ahead of time and share the cost if attending Clock barn for a wedding. ££ taxi and long waits. "

"2 night stay over Easter weekend in Presidential Suite. Room £200pn but reduced from £400pn?? Not sure anyone would pay that? Some nice touches and very nice room, includes spa access. Not much atmosphere in evening as seem to overprice themselves for evening meals. Wine prices are very high, ultimately given the prominence of wine and vineyard.. a complimentary bottle in the room would have been nice… rather than a half bottle priced at £46. Spa was amazing. Paid for treatments and have to say...

"A decent bed for the night, with on suite toilet (no toilet paper though). Decent shared kitchen to use if required, and a quite area at night. Overall, I'll book with Darwin Guest house again."
