"We enjoyed our stay. The lake house was super clean and provided necessities needed for cooking meals. We arrived early, but were not able to get early access, though the place was ready. For the amount we paid, we felt an earlier access would have given us more time to enjoy our time at the lake; check out was super early too. Felt like we really had only one full day to enjoy the place, considering what we paid. But we enjoyed our time together. "

"The place was very serene. I was able to focus on relaxation. The view of the river and bridge … I love old bridges… was great. The apt is cozy. The patio was great for viewing the yard and the Llano little river. Two squirrels were friendly too. "

"We loved the house and the property. There were two problems however. First, the property right next door they were building a brand new house and all day long all we heard was hammering sawing workers yelling at each other and Hispanic music blaring from 8:00am until 6:00pm every day. We could not sleep in past 8:00. Secondly the little Island area/boat dock was lovely but the local geese loved it also and used it as their outhouse, so it smelled terrible down there. "What a fantastic house this was for our group of 4 adults and 6 kiddos (ages 15-4). Plenty of room for everybody. VERY CLEAN and ORGANIZED... They had everything you need. From the numerous coffee flavors, glasses, and insulated cups for any drink - to each shower having shampoo, conditioner, and body washes. You just need to pack your clothes.
