Offering a serene spot directly on Lake LBJ, this home lets you swim, fish, and kayak off a private dock on a quiet no-wake cove. Two adult kayaks, two kid kayaks, and two stand-up paddleboards are provided. You can paddle to the main lake in less than five minutes. The water in front of your vacation home is deep enough to support boats of any size, including wakeboard and wake surf boats. The private boat ramp in the neighborhood is ideal for launching your boat. Lake LBJ is a constant-level lake, which is always full and does not change due to drought.

The gorgeously updated interior is perfect for groups and features a spacious great room and gourmet kitchen. Make yourself at home in the lake-view great room, highlighted by soaring cathedral ceilings and ample natural light. Unwind on stylish furnishings and stream your favorite shows on the 55" smart TV. Channel your inner chef in the sleek kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Enjoy appetizers at the kitchen bar, then sit down to home-cooked meals at the dining table.

The primary bedroom has a lake view, while a guest bedroom holds a 32" smart TV. The adjacent bathroom has a sparkling walk-in shower and a full-sized washer and dryer. Another bedroom is a loft with an en suite half bath.

Discover the beauty of Texas Hill Country in Kingsland - less than five miles away. Hire a boat and jet skis from Wave Chasers, then spend the day on the region's glittering rivers and lakes. Wine lovers can explore the award-winning Perissos Vineyards, while golfers can hit the fairways at Legends Golf Course. Just 15 miles away, Marble Falls offers more opportunities for watersports along with hiking, biking, zip lining, and horseback rides.

This stilt home is accessed via a flight of external stairs.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice quick getaway
We stayed here for a few nights to kick off Spring break with our kiddos. The house is stocked very well with everything you could need. The only thing we really ever thought could be an asset was a fire pit Because one of our days was pretty cold but overall it was a great stay! Very peaceful and just what we needed for the weekend.

Quiet getaway
Sweet, quiet cabin with plenty of space and amenities. Children enjoyed the games and kayaking. Kitchen was stoked with all the dishware needed and the home had a pack n play and a highchair. We were able to eat the house, comfortably, most of the trip. We did expect there to be coffee and there wasn't, that isn't a poor mark against the host, more of a warning to future tenants. If you are coffee drinkers bring your own with you. Overall we had a great trip with great hosts.

Great Spot
An awesome, quiet spot with everything we needed. We were even able to put our boat we brought in the water and leave it tied up every night which was AMAZING. MUCH better than having to pull the boat out every night. We will be back!

Being lazy on the river
We were so surprised at how beautiful the house and surroundings were. It’s more beautiful than the pictures show. The geese and their babies were so lovely to watch. The people that live in the surrounding neighborhood were very friendly. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and relaxing stay
My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in this little gem and had a wonderful time. The property is very clean including the carport/grilling area. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy with high end pillows and linen. We brought our boat and utilized the boat dock which was great and convenient. Parking was ample. We really like this place and will definitely book again and bring family.

Family weekend vacation
I was very happy with the house. It was real clean and looked newly remodeled. Also, it was so helpful how well it was stocked with all the right supplies. There was a pretty view from the back porch. We initially had trouble with the water pressure. I reported it and Vacasa sent some one out pretty fast to get it fixed. I will definitely book with Vacasa again and possibly with the same location!

Loved this house!
My husband and I rented this house for the first time and will be coming back! Our daughter, son-in-law and 9 year old granddaughter joined us. It has a beautiful lake house waterfront view! The inside was updated and we loved the colors throughout the house! The kitchen was fully equipped! Our guests used a kayak when the weather cleared up! This helped save the day as it had been rainy the first full day we were there! We used the small grill-forgot the charcoal so made a trip to the store. The only thing someone may need to know if they will be sleeping upstairs is if you are tall, the ceiling is so low at the top of the spiral staircase, you easily hit your head. My granddaughter was thrilled with the bunk beds and and fed the two families of geese and goslings while there💕. We look forward to coming back!!

Texas Bluebonnet Ladies
We came in for Burnet’s Bluebonnet Festival. Which was wonderful. We did several loops around the area for Bluebonnet viewing, “Simply Gorgeous”. We visited Burnet during Easter, so we went to the Canyon of the Eagles Overlook Restaurant for their Easter Brunch, very nice views and meal. We visited Inks Lake, which is a Beautiful Lake. We also shopped a bunch. Overall, We had a Blast!!! The House really served our needs!! The stairs would be our ONLY Complaint, Whew that was a bit much! As I am 62 years old and my Friend is 90 years old. But, we made it!

perfect family getaway
we spent the majority of our time outside, by the water, or in the water. the kayaks were so much fun for us, especially for my 16 year old and her dog. we had inner tubes that we brought and just mostly hung out. it was very peaceful with a breeze most of the time. one thing outside that needs some attention is the ladder. it kept coming out of the bracket. as for the inside, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. it was clean, modern, and well thought out. we especially enjoyed the screened in patio for our breakfasts and enjoyed watching the geese and the one duck, haha. the location is fantastic, we visited the nearby caves and the chainsaw massacre house. we had planned to visit inks lake but we just enjoyed our little spot by the water so much we stayed primarily waterside. in the dusk, lots of bats took care of the mosquitos and that was cool to watch. we would definitely stay here again!

Comfy & Relaxing!
This home was lovely. Both inside and out, the property is updated. Sleeping for 8 was terrific, kitchen was fully supplied, wide open spaces for parking, and the screened in porch was perfection!!! I likewise, loved that we were right on a very quiet canal, instead of the main river. The view from the porch was of a beautiful facility with manicured lawns & stately log cabins. The porch also had a nice seating area, as well as a table and chairs. Just below the porch was a deck with 4 chaise lounges which was perfect for tanning in the afternoon. The only downside was that there was not enough washcloths. I discovered that contacting Turnkey was a mistake. They could not help. Thankfully, I was able to reach someone locally who delivered some for us. We will be back!

Quite getaway
There was 4 in our party--family--and we stayed Monday and left Friday. Check in is at 4pm & check out is 10am. Entrance to the house---stairs were ok, but watch your kids-This house was clean, and had everything listed on amenities. King size bed in master bedroom was very comfortable--only thing is when AC came on it was hitting me on my face. Large bathroom with washer & dryer. Was not found of the faucet in bath---it sprayed water all over. Shower was very nice. There is another bedroom on main floor with 2 sets of bunk beds, other bedroom & 1/2 bath is up stairs(circular iron stairs). They were a little steep & we would recommend something on the bottom step to keep from slipping. Plenty of seating--large dinette with cute metal chairs, bar stools, comfortable couch. We all liked the screened in porch! Our mornings & evening were filled with geese floating, honking & stopped to feed on neighbors yard. The house is on canal-like water area, with kayaks. The house is on stilts as shown in pics--so whole area beneath is parking, charcoal grill, and seating. Nice area--close for day trips to Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, Llano, Marble Falls, Johnson City(Pedernales Falls State Park), and Austin. HEB Grocery in Kingsland about 5 miles from property, Walmart in Marble Falls. Also, check out Bluebonnet Cafe in Marble Falls--great breakfast & service!! We took many days trips on our 4 day stay---went during the week & it was quite. Would recommend for a week stay.

Lovely home on the inside. The screen porch needs attention!!!
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This riverfront property is very charming. It has been newly remodeled and the furniture is nice and comfortable. The location is superb and the views are great. We really enjoyed the kayaks. The paddle boat is extremely heavy and impossible to put in the water so we avoided that one. The internet is VERY slow. Just be aware of that should you be planning to use it. The water smells like rotten eggs so bring your own drinking water. That’s crucial. Our biggest issue was the attached Screen Porch. The weather was gorgeous and we desperately wanted to spend time out there. It was a main reason for booking this place. However, we couldn’t because it was completely covered in live spiders (all sizes), egg sacs, and spider webs. I’ve never seen anything like it. My children were terrified. I attempted to clean it myself but a broom only caused the live spiders to fall on me and the vacuum was useless at sucking them up. I don’t mind a few spiders here and there but this was over the top. I don’t even mind spider webs outside the property but when you have an enclosed outdoor space it should be clean and free of pests. I immediately complained to the Property Manager and they tried to blame the cleaning woman which made me sad. She keeps the interior of the home very clean. That porch is beyond her duties and should be regularly managed by a professional pest control company! I’m not sure it ever has been. I think they’re just being cheap which is even more troublesome. Running a vacation home is a business and it costs money to keep your guests feeling comfortable and safe. If you’re not going to properly manage that outdoor room, it should be disclosed beforehand and not highlighted as a main feature.
