"Overall I’m pretty satisfied with my stay here. All of the staff are very friendly. Loved the lounge and library areas. The interior design and ambient lighting were highlights. The gym has high end equipment which is a pleasure to use. The room itself is nice. Again, the lighting is great. Love the cosy bed area, but the mattress itself is very soft. A bit too soft for me. "Firstly the staff at check in were excellent and secondly the room was lovely. The decor is stunning both in the foyer and the room. Everything was beautiful. Check out the next day was quick and easy. It was our first visit to Newcastle and will definately be back to stay for longer to be able to try the different styes of restaurants close to the hotel and take the walks around the parks. Can't wait "

"Stayed here a few times over the years. Service is good and rooms are comfortable. Quick walk for eating from KFC to top line dining. My preference is usually Wests Leagues for good value and proper drink prices. "

"Initially I read the reviews after booking and was regretting my choice, however once I arrived I was pleasantly surprised, This is a lovely place to stay and the food is good too. The thing that makes this place is the staff, every single staff member I spoke to was helpful and friendly even going above what one would reasonably expect. Great place to stay, and I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews first. "
