"Michael and his team absolutely excel with how they present their house, I didn't give accuracy of online listing 5 stars simply because I don't think the online listing gives it justice! It is better in real life! We can't wait to come back, we had cold and rainy weather and the house was so fantastic that it did not impact our stay in any way. I would love to stay again."

The well equipped kitchen was perfect for creating meals to share around the fire. Our Labrador loved the huge back garden. I'm amazed that this place is on the the list. It's a delightful backwater that once was a dam used by a nearby concrete factory. When it became no longer relevant, national parks took it over. The main camping area is below the hill on the left. To get to this point you ideally need a canoe or kayak and paddle down before climbing about 500 metres to this outcrop, similar to so many outcrops in the park. They're called pagoda formations.

Clean and tidy rooms with great staff and amenitie

"We booked this accommodation very least minute, which turns out it was even after the reception has closed for the night. We arrived very late and as reception was closed for the night had not been left any key or self check in keys. The night caretaker was extremely helpful in finding out booking and coming out in the rain to give us the keys and check us in. The room was clean and spacious and the resort looked great had it not been for the bad weather we would have enjoyed spending time by the pool and surrounds. Will definitely come back in better weather and enjoy everything properly. "

"I hosted my 30th birthday at the property which was the perfect space for a private event. The hosts were incredibly helpful and teepee set ups were lovely. It was great having the sound system set up on arrival as well and the kitchen and toilet amenities were excellent for a private campground."

"Such accomodating and lovely people running the joint. Beautiful location and absolutely loved our stay in the tipi. The place has everything you will need during your stay and the folks running it are extremely giving and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting an escape for a weekend or longer.
