The H Boutique Hotel is overrated. Definitely should not be marketed as a Hotel but rather as Cabins. No Housekeeping for a 3 night stay. Cracks in bathroom walls, no exhaust fan cover. lounge faced a wall. Air Conditioning was pre-set from reception and controlled by them. No Restaurant/Cafe on site. Not enough coffee satchels for two guests for three nights. The only positives, plenty of parking and comfortable bed and pillows..

Right in the heart of the Hunter Wine Country it was perfect for our overnight stay. Easy access to park and the room was spotless. Comfortable bed and large modern shower with nice hot water.

Overal the location and the property itself was alright. However the comfortability of the bedding configuration was uneven and unpleasant to spent making my two nights uncomfortable. No trash bins around the property for general waste. Sublimate findings on wall's.

The property is set in a vineyard environment with beautiful view of the valley. We were served by very cheerful, helpful and responsive staff (Matt and Andrew) in the office during stay. Requests for service and advice were met pleasantly and without hassle. The villa was comfortable though the bathroom was a bit cold (it being winter) because the heating system only really catered for the sitting area. A heat lamp would help tremendously.

The Aparthotel style accommidation was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The view was amazing, the landscape outstanding and the wild life around the property was an extra bonus, we saw kangaroos just hopping past the back door, all types of native birds including eastern rozelas. I loved, loved our stay and will return.

The duty manager was really friendly and we had a lovely quiet 3 night stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge. The gas heater was awesome and we were very toasty over a cold winter weekend. I love that it’s a eco friendly resort. The only negative thing was no wifi in the rooms. This isn’t clear on the website. Mobile reception was a bit patchy too so it was difficult to get any work done.

The property was great. I was a little disappointed that there was very small tubes of shampoo etc for two person stay over two nights and a request for fresh towels seemed to be an extra forty or so dollars. I never mind paying for accommodation so long as I don't have to supplement basics like shampoo or fresh towels, particularly as the nearest shops are about twenty minutes drive away. I would have packed them myself but have stayed in hundreds of hotels and things like fresh towels and basic shampoo/body wash were (I thought) part of the package.

Our room was badly designed, with poor finishes. Our room was without windows , only the entry sliding door could be used for fresh ventilation, but unfortunately the screen door was unable to be locked. Our room was cool and there was no heating, therefore a high level of condensation each morning or no privacy if the door was needed to remain open.
