"This is not the marriott but i enjoyed my stay. its clean and cozy. The staff are very nice and helpful. I was well taken care of by John and victoria. I ended up with a stomach flu, soon after i checked in. I was grateful with the support and care i received. I feel i was in a much warmer, caring environment then if it was in a big name hotel. "Hands down, the best hostel I've stayed at. They have created and maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere that makes it easy to connect with other guests as well. They go out of their way to serve guests, they offer breakfast, dinner, a super convenient airport shuttle, are knowledgable and explain things well. Highly Recommend. "

"Not what I expected. When using the toilet, your face is in the shower curtain and the sink to wash your hands is right next to your face by your pillow on the bed with no room to even stand in front of the room reminded me of a jail cell, although it was clean it was very tiny compared to what the pictures make it look like . Everytime a truck goes by the bed shakes . Extremely loud although they give you ear plugs. That’s says it all"

"Very clean essential amenities at an excellent price point. Airport Shuttle access was also a huge plus. Meticulously run by a dedicated family and located in a safe gated compound within a vibrant working class neighbourhood in San Jose. Will definitely be coming back 👍"

"The staff was great. Rooms are very basic but sufficient. The hotel is located close to the downtown area. The neighborhood is safe but looks dumpy and is noisy. Ear plugs help. There are lots of homeless. Overall, this hotel is a good value. There is a lot of food options. Again, the neighborhood will look scary but its actually very safe."

"It's always a pleasure staying there. Smaller rooms, some have shared bathrooms, but the building is nice and well maintained. I think it's the staff that make the stay exceptional though; friendly, helpful service and always available to make your stay safe and comfortable. Be sure to have breakfast there if you can."
