"Well located family run Hotel. Very friendly family. Fridge in entrance area was open to use if required as was the extremely efficient laundry service. Beds a little on the firm side but that could be down to personal preference. They were happy to take a mix of USD and LAK which was helpful. Great value breakfast and Hotel - would recommend "

"We had 2 rooms and to be honest both bathrooms were in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower doors didn’t close on either and the shower head was completely off in the other. They were in need of a good clean. The rooms were very small and dark although it was very quiet and the beds were comfy. "

Which I’m sure is about 40 people. We dont get room keys because The rooms don’t lock. The stairs to the second floor...

"We stayed for 3 nights and on our return the first night the hotel was locked . Supposed to be 24 reception. No sign of anyone. We eventually gained access via the car park. In the 3 days we stayed housekeeping never came to our room. Water never replaced, towels not changed. However the worst part of staying here is the fact that it is not where it appears on the Hotels.com map but it actually around 2km further out of the centre of the old town. I stayed in the all-female 12-bunk dorm and the bed was so spacious and comfortable - there was lots of room to put your bags at the end and multiple little shelves to put your things on. Free water was provided on day 1 but never replenished as promised. So I ended up paying for breakfasts, paying for water and foregoing wifi."
