"Such a lovely place to Stay. On south bank of river away from centre so super quiet. Bit of a problem until river works finish next month as no bamboo bridge. This normally makes 10 walk in to centre. At moment its 30 mins using the old bridge or a boat service that does save much time.. Great breakfast..Nice residental area."

"Room was nice and clean. Bathroom had no issues. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was a little bit annoying, kind of slow and would randomly stop working for about a minute. Whenever I asked the owner about the laundry I pretty much got vague answers or was told I could ask again tomorrow at a better time. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or if the place doesn’t actually have on site laundry."

"We rented two rooms. We could see into one through holes in the walls (separations between boards that make up the walls) from the hallway. The bathroom was full of spiderwebs. The shower had so much mineral deposits built up in the shower head that we had to remove it from the hose to get enough water to wash. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, but rarely present. "This is an older, unkempt property. The room numbers were written on yellow Post-It Notes above each door. I was in two different rooms due to a mix-up. Neither one had soap. The woman running the place asked me how much I'd paid for my room when I came out for breakfast on my first morning, even though it had come with my room. It took nearly ten minutes to explain to her that breakfast was included regardless of how much I'd paid. "

"The prosperity and location is amazing! I stayed on the second floor looking out upon the Mekong. The rooms are colonial- Lao perfect, equipted with all of the well throughtout immensities. "Pullman Luang Prabang was a fantastic experience: peaceful, tranquil and luxurious. Every member of staff was dedicated to making our stay wonderful, the grounds were tranquil and there were lots of lovely locations to relax in, including 2 large pools. The outstanding service provided by David and the hotel staff is what made our holiday so memorable. David looked after us every day, including his days off! From arranging day tours to bringing lunch to us by the pool, all our needs were more than met. We we also given a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. All room balconies face the lovely rice fields, so there's no fear of missing out, wherever you stay. The hourly shuttle to town centre was very convenient, so there was no need to worry about the hotel being located a bit further than expected. We were even dropped directly at our restaurant! The hotel rabbits, cats and buffalo were a delightful addition to the lovely environment. I'm certain that anyone who stays here will be impressed and leave with fond memories of swaying rice fields, warm local smiles and a feeling of wanting to come back."
