"It was nice stay room has small kitchen and fridge but not equipments. I noticed that the bed sheets has stains like dust but not removed. Same with towel"

"The front desk staff were not the friendliness. I feel you could have more towels and wash clothes in the bathroom. When you ask for more you’re treated like you just stuffed 3 in your suitcase. "

"Our family of 4 loved the location of this hotel. It was a 5 minute walk to the arena, and so much more: restaurants, coffee shops, the Arcade & the outdoor ice skating rink. Our basic room had so much extra floor space. It was fairly quiet for a Saturday night downtown, had multiple close parking options, and a delicious breakfast included. We will stay here again."

"The staff could be a little more helpful, but overall it was a nice place. A few strange characters, but we felt safe during our stay. A lot of restaurants nearby and several other options a short drive."

"Friendly, helpful staff from start to finish. Room was what you’d expect with Dove soap toiletries (I liked that). Plenty of plugs and lights and thank God the heater worked because it was 10 degrees outside! The breakfast (complimentary) was impressive! Hot stuff , cold stuff, way more than the typical stale muffins some hotels offer. I visit Akron often and will be back when I do. "
