After about 5 attempts they finally picked up the phone and they give me the information which they supposed to do at least 24 hours before our arrival. No apologies or anything like that, it sounded like this is normal and I've seen other gests having the same problem. If you like to stay in a wooden tent for one night is okay but don't pay the price of a normal...

"No one there to meet you. Had to call a number and the guy tells hou what room to go to. We had two rooms, both were already occupied. Tried to call back but no one woukd pick up. We left and found another hitel close by luckily. "

"This was a guesthouse where we were greeted by the owner as we drove up. She showed us our room, which was clean and comfortable. She also made wonderful pancakes for breakfast for everyone, it felt like a family meal. I would recommend to anyone wanting something other than the sterile hotel room experience. "
