"Just under a mile away from the Horley train station and a short drive to the Gatwick airport. Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. Like most houses in the UK no AC units were available in the room, but the window and time of year provided enough cooling needed for the night. Staff are friendly and the rooms were quiet...

"Nice budget hotel, close to my job and also very close (5 min walk) to the town centre. The room was very spacious although dated in decor and furniture. Temperature control was good and the en suite facilities were very good. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked rather than warmed up buffet style which was much better. I think the only negative was the tiny TV at the far end of the room 📺🤔"
