"Even though the rooms were much smaller than we envisioned, the staff and service were amazing- always super friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean, beds were comfortable. For breakfast, it’s more of a small snack to take on the go. Very close to Tokyo main station - about 15 min walk. If you want to take a taxi between the station and hotel it’s only 1000 yen. There are several convenient stores located within blocks. As well very close to the smaller train stations. "

"The stay was a lot better than I expected. The guests were quiet , place was fairly clean, there was a sauna, a TV, mirror in the capsule which I didn't expect. The only minor issue was that it was a little hot when I was sleeping and maybe a plug in wallflower fragrance because it can be slightly smelly due to the number of people staying there"

The only issue I had was that I have allergies and something with the air in the hotel, not just my capsule/floor but the building space itself was setting them off to a point where I couldn’t sleep let alone be in the hotel for long because of how difficult it was for me to breathe.
