Shown to a room no bigger than a cupboard, dirty and dusty, with a huge hole over the door leading to the hallway, covered only by a curtain. Host said the shared bathroom was downstairs, barked out the codes to the flimsy keypad locks on the doors, and promptly disappeared before I could consider complaining. Bed was unmade, with a damp blanket provided. Shared bathroom (tiny) full of dirty used towels. Mould and mildew all over...
