"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"Whatever you remember about youth hostels, this ain't it. Modern, clean, not cheap (it's Switzerland), and it has a very nice wellness spa for a rather reasonable additional charge. Food is good but not fancy, and staff were extremely helpful. The only glitch was that I booked this stay with OneKeyCash, and hotels.com (i.e., expedia) took my money and gave me a receipt showing no balance due, but then didn't actually pay the hostel! "Turned up on the day of the booking. Was advised on their website that someone was there from 1pm till 7pm each day. We got there a little after 2pm. The place was deserted. We rang the bell for CHECK IN as advised on a note on the front door. And waited as instructed in the note. Nothing. No one answered.
