"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. All in all an excellent choice once you've worked out the virtual front desk. If you are booking with Expedia check all the emails for your entrance code. "Lovely stay. The bar downstairs was really busy and had a good atmosphere. We didn’t eat there but the menu looked good. Bar closed at 11pm so it didn’t disturb sleep. Short Uber / taxi ride into Manchester City. "

"Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. Would book again."

"Arrived quite late around 9pm but this was no problem. The room we were given was quite simply stunning. A beautiful rustic attic room with wooden floors and huge beams spanning the ceiling. There was a 60 inch TV and Netflix was provided free of charge which was a nice surprise. All in all I couldn't recommend this place enough. Staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much to ask for. A thoroughly enjoyable stay."

"The property was in a good condition apart from the smell coming from the bathroom- it made the whole place smell like a sewer for entire stay. This made it unpleasant - I complained to the managers but did not get a response. The bed could do with updating as it was a little lumpy. "

"We booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and only 1 room was available. The staff blamed Expedia and we will never know the truth of the matter. We ended up with having a Z bed to accommodate the 3rd adult. The bar was closed by 8.30PM when we got back to the hotel, and none of us could sleep until the early hours due to all the noise outside, people screaming and boy racers screaming past. "

"The apartment is lovely furnished with a full kitchen and it is very clean and everything you need is ready. The hot chocolate and the biscuits are so lovely. Staffs are nice and ready to help. There is an ice cream farm nearby. The milk and ice cream are fabulous. "
