"Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. "

"Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. Would book again."

"The property was in a good condition apart from the smell coming from the bathroom- it made the whole place smell like a sewer for entire stay. This made it unpleasant - I complained to the managers but did not get a response. The bed could do with updating as it was a little lumpy. "

"The apartment is lovely furnished with a full kitchen and it is very clean and everything you need is ready. The hot chocolate and the biscuits are so lovely. Staffs are nice and ready to help. There is an ice cream farm nearby. The milk and ice cream are fabulous. "

"Excellent location, tidy and clean. Parking takes a bit of working out and more advice beforehand would have helped. Comfy bed and great facilities in the studio. The heater was a bit awkward having only 2 settings, off and volcano. There was no way to adjust because the controls were locked. "Quite difficult to find, because of its location and alterations around the station. But very scenic near the river. Everything very good, but I would prefer free range eggs at breakfast. There was vegan cheese, yoghurt, and maybe also milk, but not free range eggs, which are important for vegetarians."

"As per usual, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The quality of the rooms is excellent and we've returned back to the hotel three times in the past six months. The location is fantastic for travel and right in the middle of everything you would need e.g. shops, museums etc."

One night stay to see Jon Culshaw at City Variety

"I stayed for one night to go see Jon Culshaw at City Varieties Music Hall. I really like this hotel brand anyway and this particular hotel is 100% perfect. Possibly the best one that Ibis has. Excellent staff, a tremendous food offering and just the look and feel of every part of it. The rooms and the facilities in them are superb, the curiously endearing Scandinavian sounding voice in the lift, the quirky wooden key cards and the sausages on the breakfast buffet. All perfect "
