"Paying $30/per night to park across the street is a little bit insane to me, especially considering it’s a Hilton Property. I fully expected this to be included. Our room was definitely dated. Chipped bathroom floor/shower. Our light in the bathroom worked but the plastic around it was broken. The hotel staff was great. We only visited the small pool and it was fine. "I found my stay at The Shores Resort and Spa to be very enjoyable. You can't get any better than right on the beach front! The staff were very professional, kind ,and greatly added to the calm and laid back atmosphere. I highly recommend the Indulge Spa, as the staff were skilled and attentive. I left with my body and mind completely relaxed. Highly recommend! "

"Highlight was the staff. Attentive and respectful. Only issues to mention are very slow television and internet. A few bugs in cabinets. Main concern was the tolerance of smoking and drinking by the pool. As well as the neighboring properties people sneaking into the pool area. Having two small children it’s cause for concern."

"This hotel as well as others sustained severe hurricane damage last year. Having said that, they have done remarkable job in cleanup, reconstruction. The rooms are very very nice, a total remodel. The indoor pool was great. Walking around the facility you can see where they have done a lot of work on the exterior with some x work remaining.
