"Location is good. Pool still under construction from last years hurricane. Elevators are slow parking garage is tight. Someone pulled the fire alarm so the elevators were out for a while. 4th of July fireworks on the beach we’re non stop all night… wouldn’t have cared much but after standing out in the heat for my car show all days… just wanted peace after midnight and before being out in the heat for 2 more days, but no… 4:00am they finally stopped. But that’s not the rooms fault. Just FYI"

"Came in for the race. First time in NSB and definitely not our last! Cottage had great parking and was located a short walk to the beach and Flagler Ave for shopping and dining. Not too far from the speedway in Daytona and we were able to avoid a lot of race traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Very clean. Will definitely be back. "When we pulled up we were a bit worried as the outside is needing some work, yet. We then understood that this property was recently bought by Salty Dog. The apartment was very clean, and had a great open floor plan. The bed in the master was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me! Overall, great experience and would stay here again."

"It’s a run down facility that she bought and remodeled, seemingly on a budget. It’s just lacking some basics and some comforts that will maybe come in time. There were no reviews when I booked so maybe she was new at this. The location was perfect for walking. I didn’t get to use the pool due to weather but it looked decent. I personally won’t be looking at any properties available in this entire complex in the future. "

"While the resort is a bit old you really can’t beat the pool and seating area. Condo has the amenities to make your stay smooth. We stayed 2 weeks and did miss an oven but our friends had one so it worked well. Everything else was available. View from balcony overlooking ocean was fantastic. Close to stores and restaurants, quiet but has a great tiki bar with fun drink specials!!!"

"Nice but kitchen is in dire need of refreshing. Please check the sofa bed-could greatly benefit from quality mattress. My friend using it placed sofa cushions atop the mattress. Communication with agency was tedious, yet ultimately successful. For the price, we were hoping for higher quality overall. One of my friends on this trip owns a property through VRBO in a different area, so we are aware of potential, and how it can impact a stay, and return customers. "

"Staying in or near Daytona is a nightmare for the Rolex 24. I found this great suite on the beach, near a bridge so getting to the race was easy and about a half mile was a Publix. the pictures are accurate, it’s clean and decorated coastal, loved listening to the waves hit the sand just wished they had wine glasses. There’s a Kuerig machine instead of the Mr. Coffee if you bring your own. I would definitely rent next year"

"Checkin process was not good. Code to room not able to be put in. No parking pass.Not much help. Most help was from a housekeeper. God bless her! Need more carts to help with luggage. Had to go floor to floor looking for a cart. Maybe need more staff to help guests. Walls either very thin or neighbors super loud. Felt as if they were in the same room. Not good sleeping with the noise level. Hardly any silverware, luckily it was only two of us "
