once we found the property (wasn't that hard we mapped our destination.) we found it better than expected. close to everything. definitely will be using again.

The property and the place was good over all except for: The bed, was very uncomfortable and cheap. But checking out at 11 am on Sunday Nov 24th.me and my girlfriend had to deal with the most rude, uneducated front desk woman ever.She looks like she works in a nasty gas station instead of a nice hotel.No clue or training at all with customer service.

It’s good for a short trip, a night or 2 at most. The bed springs are squeaky and the walls are very thin so you hear most everything around you. The staff was helpful and friendly. If you need a shorty stay, no frills, low cost hotel, this would be a good choice

Perfect area, clean facility and pleasant staff. Only gripe is suites should have plates, utensils and cookware. This property wants to sell you cookware and utensils. All you are getting is a room with a microwave, refrigerator and stove (that is useless).

First and foremost, this was during a very stressful time when we were being displaced from our home due to Hurricane Milton. Tasha at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and empathetic. The hotel isn't full of frills but here's the thing - the staff is awesome and it is, by far, the cleanest room in a hotel that I have seen in recent years. The hotel was quiet. Everything was even better than I thought that they would be and I was so pleasantly surprised. Even with a huge hurricane cat 1 outside, the windows kept things quiet and I felt safe there. Thank you Tasha and the Woodspring Suites Team!

If computers are down you should have a backup plan to check-in guests. It should done the old fashion way paper and pen. Not waiting for 40 minutes until you can check-in and we had to go back to lobby laterto pay. We were inconvenienced with no sort of compensation. I asked for extra towels and was told it would be extra $15. The reason we came back here was due to the great service and front desk staff. This time ownership has front staff hand tied on what they can do. I doubt there will be a third time there.

We were told on the phone there was a 50.00 deposit for a dog, but only 5.00/night. At check out after one night, we were rudely told the "deposit " is actually a fee, and there is no difference between calling it a deposit or a fee. Be honest and say it's a fee, and not try to deceive people by calling it a deposit.
