"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to walk to nearby in Acapulco but some of the streets were a mess and was covered in rubbish, litter, and spillages. The hotel itself looked not as good as the photos on the Expedia hotel listing. The metal fences sounded the hotel were corroded and rusty. The bedroom ceiling was covered in black mould. "Está en la playa, es muy tranquilo. Todo estuvo muy bien, sólo tengo dos observaciones: nos dijeron que no podíamos tener nuestra hielera en la alberca o la playa del hotel, porque ellos venden bebidas. Pero la tiendita donde supuestamente las venden, nunca la abrieron. Otra observación: la limpieza de la alberca puede mejorar. "
