"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

"A fabulous stay in a well-appointed (and beautifully-decorated) room! The location was excellent, a short walk from all the historic sights, and I very much appreciated the ample wardrobe storage and the kitchenette. Check-in was straightforward and communication beforehand was thorough. The one thing I'd note is that the room was located on a road that saw some traffic in the mornings, so bear that in mind if you're an usually late and/or light sleeper. "Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...
