"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff (like Megan who was excellent). Made my wife and I feel at home. Megan served us at Breakfast and checked us in and out, all of which was pleasant and easy going. No fuss. Breakfast was excellent, great variety and top quality ingredients. The hotel is refined and in-keeping with the area. Every detail has been thought through. Having stayed four times, we will be returning. "

"We stayed for 2 nights abs thought the hotel was excellent. Very good food, superb staff and near enough to town centre. Being pensioners we did find the stairs a little difficult especially carrying cases but then we quite understand you cannot need around with a listed building. Very good place to stay would def go there again."

The accommodation was possibly the best we've ever had for peace and quiet, and again the breakfast was superb, one of our best ever we've had. We are looking forward to returning whenever we get the chance as it's so good. "
