"Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. "It felt like a home away from home. Located in a charming small town area minutes from bustling Ikebukuro by train, you can get a glimpse of daily life in residential Tokyo. I stayed in the bunk bed room on the upper floor. It was a comfy bed and it never got uncomfortable, though I wasn't sure whether the light in the room is supposed to be left on or not. "It's cool how they're complete with a mini stove, fridge, microwave and other amenities even though they're price is really cheap. There's a lot of good places to eat around the area and a 7/11 and mini grocery store beside it."

Try to avoid at all if you are concerned about condition and customer service. Didn't stay even One Night due to filthy living conditions and got charged for whole week. They advertised something completely different than what it is. Wasted money and the Hotel refused to refund. Avoid"
