"We loved our time at Fuji Guesthouse. We stayed in their traditional Japanese room, which was spacious for the two of us the night before we began our Mt. Fuji ascent. Both staff members we interacted with were not only kind during our stay, but extended their hospitality beyond it, offering us to store our luggage while we were on the mountain, and allowing us to shower upon our return. It was a great experience in a small town. Next time I find myself in Fujikawaguchiko, I will certainly try...

"It was ok, the room smelled funny, wouldn’t choose it again. The staff were warm and friendly but misunderstood us and directed us incorrectly. That was frustrating. The place was clean and comfortable besides the strange room smell and poor lighting. It’s what I would expect for the price. "
