"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"This hotel was nice and had some great amenities, but it is located pretty far from the train station and it seems the buses in the area stop running at 6:30 pm. Most businesses (like restaurants) also close around this time, so at least you can enjoy the onsen in the evening when there’s not much else to do!"

"Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. "Traditional Ryokan with very basic facilities. Nothing special to boast off but charges are on higher side. They do not even accept credit card payment and need cash, which was very annoying and difficult as I had to walk to nearby family mart to get cash out for making payment. The owner was nice and soft spoken, did a tea ceremony for couple of minutes and also dropped us to the train station on the morning. No dining facility in the Ryokan and owner seem to be not available after some time to...

"Very unique experience. I loved the country side and staff is very friendly and accommodating. On our last day, they packed onigiris and they were delicious. I still think about them to this day. "

"Staff was very kind and accommodating. Bath was very nice. Elevators were small and had to wait around a long time to catch an elevator when the facility was crowded. Food was beautiful and fresh, but a little advanced for kids. Wish they had a little bit more western breakfast choices. Rooms and futons were comfortable and clean. Facility could be updated a little bit, but overall was acceptable stay. Thank you. "
