"Perfect location for our sightseeing of trip of Monterrey. Beautiful views of the city and mountains. Very close to many excellent restaurants. Room was exceptionally large. Room not ready when we arrived early, so checked our bags, came back approx 4 hours later. Room was given to us, but was unbelievable hot, AC wasn't on. We turned it on and unpacked. Floors weren't particularly clean, no bathmat, handtowel, drinking water, or an extra roll of TP. Thought hmmm, not wonderful for a...

"Este hotel tiene excelente ubicación, pero necesita mucha renovación,; los cuartos son amplios con camas y almohadas cómodas y TV de pantalla plana. La alfombra requiere cambio urgente y el barandal de la escalera está flojo. No hay elevador . "

"We had to request a new room as the one we got the first time was not clean. The rooms need some maintenance. All the employees are friendly and willing to help. The restaurant is very good and all the staff is amazing! The location was convenient for our family trip, but it's located next to a bus station and its very busy with a lot of people waiting for their bus oustide the hotel."
