However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. "Very nice place to stay in Sopot. Close to main attractions, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Walkable distance (15-20 minutes) to SKM (Szybka Kolej Miejska), which you can use to get to Gdansk for a 1-day trip (really nice option). The room and hotel facilities were ok. You have all what you need. Good breakfast included in price. Friendly staff. I do recommend this hotel for a short or long stay."

"Great location, nice room, but breakfast menu was limited. They claimed we should not have been able to book as we were a family and tried to charge us more once we had checked in. I refused and once they realised the children were well behaved they were very nice."

"Great Accomodation right on the Main Street. Wiirhin easy walking distance of most things. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door from a set menu which was very nice. Only issue was that the pillows were very soft and flat but that’s personal preference. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Room DOES NOT have microwave, refrigerator or so called kitchenette as they advertised on website and we were told by the staff none of their rooms has these.We booked this property because of this so we were very disappointed about their dishonesty. Big noise started even before 6am in the morning and sometimes lasted later than 10pm from their tiny communal kitchenette which only has a very old kettle and a small fridge . So a good night sleep was not easy to get. Bathroom drain was badly...

"Don't stay here if you are on holidays. it is not nice and way to expensive for what it is. The shared bathroom is inadequte and in poor condition. The shared kitchen is full of strong smelling half full pots of food. I only stayed because it was the only place with vacancies. And now I see why it still had vacancies while everywhere else is full."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable (Appt 97) our only complaint was couldn’t get an English speaking channel on tv. Tried to get bbc news channel but it didn’t work."

Perfect for business and families :)

"Verry clean hotel and room. Verry nice staff especially waiters during breakfast and the breakfast also was amazing. Wellness: quite big pool with warm water, steamroom and sauna. Jakuzzi is more bath with bubbles but also OK ;) Location: perfect - closse to main street and restaurants. WiFi OK "

"Came for the Christmas market, perfect little gem of a hotel, 8 minutes walk to market, lovely clean rooms, spa linked to hotel with 1 free use per day pre book required. Paid for a full body massage in spa so cheap at £42 for 50mins. Pool area was beautiful and tranquil. Staff extremely helpful, asked or extra coffee in room no problem, definitely stay again."

Excellent hotel and staff

"Excellent hotel with fantastic staff that did everything they could to make the stay perfect. Everything was good; cleanliness, room size, spa pool/sauna, breakfast. Location is very central just by the old city and nice restaurants everywhere. Couples long weekend but also good for families with children."
