"I had low expectations coming into this hotel due to the negative reviews, but I’m happy to say many of the concerns people had seem to have been addressed. Rats: There were previous complaints about rats, but we didn’t see any during our stay. There’s a cat house on the property, and the cats are let out at night to keep any rodent issues in check. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping came in daily to maintain the rooms. Staff: The staff was generally friendly and polite. I...

"I had an amazing experience here. The food across the board was delicious - definitely had options for everyone. The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive. They were basically on the vacation with me lol. The resort itself is gorgeous and very accommodating. The only pitfall was that they didn’t have as many activities/entertainment as I would have liked. It may have been due to the clientele but otherwise, highly recommend. "

"Front desk was very helpful with helping me with where to park and that was appreciated. We were there on a Friday night so it was loud until after midnight because of the rooftop bar. It didn’t bother us but something to consider if you have children with you. It was a great location across from Wilheminaoarkin Punda,"
