"Hostel was right by the station about a three minute walk. Room (pod really) was good. I ended up getting a double bed and it was clean and warm. Showers and toilet were clean and amenities included. The common area and kitchen was clean. Because I gotta double and the bed was comfortable. I would've been ok to stay a few more days. I only stayed a night, but i would stay here again. "

Part cafe, part architectural design firm, Community Station KITAKITA is a beautiful renovated space. The friendly designers make amazing coffee and have an abundance of information regarding the Kita Akita City area. Also the perfect spot to take a break and wait for the airport shuttle bus, which was what I was doing. Location: Right across from Takanosu Station on the JR Ou Main Line.
