"This hotel had lots of charm and was in a really good location for what we needed. We wanted a place where we could walk from the train station without taking the water bus. This hotel was about a 5 minute walk. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a view of one of the many churches in Venice. Our room was spacious with a large bed and a very small bathroom. The shower was broken. The host was very helpful and overall we had a good stay."

"We chose this location because we wanted to avoid the overpriced hotels & the insanely crowded Venice. The 6L bus stops in front of the hotel every 20 minutes and ends in Venice. Staff was helpful & friendly. Room wasn’t fancy but quiet and pretty clean. We paid a little more for a bathroom in the room. AC worked great and the shower ran plenty of hot water "

"Good location in center with parking, clean, but limited working hours of reception -we adviced our arrival a bit later coming from another city,reception was empty 5 minutes earlier, we rang, no answer, we rang again, a women almost shouted unfriendly that we dont need to ring more times, but we were worried nobody was there. "It was our first Venice trip, and we are so happy we booked this place, amazing experience, beautiful island. 20 mins boat to Venice Mainland, and the boats run every 45 min. The hotel staff is very friendly. Food is fresh from the local farms. Highly recommend it!"
