Place is great comfortable and clean. left my passport book with $400 in it. They call me and everything was there. They accommodate me in every request. I would go back there.

Excellent apartment in a traditional building which has been converted beautifully. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious, very clean, nicely presented, modern and located in a perfect location for our 4 day trip. On a quiet street just a few seconds from the water and the fruit/fish market and only a 5 minute walk to Rialto bridge. Asela at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. Very pleased we booked this apartment and would definitely book again if we return to Venice!

Stayed here for one night with my family of 5. It was an excellent property to stay to explore Venice for the first time. The property was very comfortable and street quiet, however it was a short walk to Rialto market, San Marco square etc . The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Polo’s Treasures is an exceptional place to stay! The host goes above and beyond to ensure that you not only have everything you need at the apartment, but that you enjoy Venice itself. The room I stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The communal kitchen was also very clean and the coffee maker was easy to use. Rainfall shower head was brilliant! Great to have a big screen tele and Netflix, as a solo traveller who wanted early nights and early starts. I loved that I just punched a code in to get into the building and my room, rather than having a key. The view as you step out is gorgeous (a typical Venetian alleyway to your right, The Grand Canal and Galleria Giorgio Franchetti Alla Ca’ Doro to your left. The location was perfect. I went all over Venice and all things considered, the location of Polo’s Treasures was second to none for me. The host also gave me a bottle of Prosecco as I was their a for a while. This was so welcome, as I arrived in a storm and wanted to stay in in style while it passed. Very big comfortable bed with lovely white sheets and plenty of towels. Would I stay here again? YES! Things to consider: You may not get a code until the day you arrive and the host is not always there. However, he was easy to reach. The stairs are fine as long as you’re fit and young but I can imagine anyone other than this would have trouble as there’s 3 flights. Don’t use the hotspot on the room phone to get internet, use the free wifi.

Fantastic apartment, top location!
Fantastic apartment! Beautifully decorated, great size rooms, very comfortable bed with top quality linen, towels, toiletries and full size hair dryer! This apartment has a cook top, microwave and fridge if you want to cook for yourself. The location was great too, just a few hundred metres from the Rialto Bridge, restaurants, shops, food market etc. This apartment also has proper airconditioners (not just fans like some places) in both bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge, which was just what we needed after a long day of very hot sightseeing! I can not fault this apartment, highly recommend it for everyone, but note the is no elevator, we were on the 2nd floor, my 79yr old Mum was ok with the stairs though. Put this one on your favourites list!

We had an amazing stay! Very nice place for groups/family! Very convenient location, only 5 mins from Rialto Mercato and S. Stae. The only bad part is that 2 of our friends got bed bug bites. They both slept in the twin sofa bed that are located in the bedrooms.

Lovely rooms in the heart of Venice. Not to hard to find and was a wonderful stay. Other than all the stairs with 2 large suitcases between us, we had a wonderful time here. Would stay again.

Loved this place. Perfectly situated, Lovely flat with good wifi and facilities. Wonderful staff. My only issue was the mosquitos which are no doubt not controlled by the venue. So tip to travelers, bring insect spray...

I booked this place because of multiple other good reviews...it’s average place Our apartment was very dark ,full of flies Location is not bad but kind of separated from happy part of town! Our check in was not satisfying at all and no communication later I think this manny great reviews is the reason:)

Beautiful apartment with easy accessibility.
It was a wonderful stay, sparkling clean, Host was very helpful and available all the time. The house is very near and convenient to walk the major places in Venice. Our kids really liked the room Casanova.

Location perfect!! Easy access to Vaporetto stop, restaurants, shopping, yet away from heavy crowds. Hardest working property manager I saw the entire trip - some nights he was there at 11pm. Check-in was easy (don't panic if takes 5+ minutes for him to answer the door as he was checking in other guests when we arrived). Room was spacious & comfortable, plus he took care of any requests immediately. Had stairs so had to carry up luggage but assisted us, and stairs were common at most lodging in Italian cities. Received a fabulous dinner recommendation (was our favorite meal in Italy)!! Hope to return and have already recommended to friends.
