"Everything was good with the exception of the toilet in the bathroom. It looked like there was dried urine on the toilet seat. Luckily, I had brought Clorox wipes with me. It made me worry about the shape of the rest of the room but the rest was immaculate. I know others have used the room before, you just shouldn't be that reminded of it. "

"The staff was very nice. It was a little loud in the morning where you could hear every word of all of the people in the hall. Also, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilet in the bathroom in my room. I had brought my own Clorox wipes and had to clean it myself. It made me wonder what else had been left undone. It looked as if there was dried urine on the seat. The rest of the bathroom and room looked really good."

"Our check in time was 3 pm. After a long 10 hour drive to the Omni Hotel our room wasn't ready at 3pm for check in. I was told there will be a 15 minute wait for cleaning. I waited 15 minutos and then another 15 minutes and had to get up and ask for an update of my room and was told its been ready. If hotels are quick and strict about check out time then check in should be as well. Was not compensated in any way for the wait. "
