"The room was clean and beds comfy, although rather hot- we had to have the window open. A bedside lamp would have been nice - the overhead lights were a bit harsh for the evening. The reception staff were super friendly, overall we were happy. "

"Really friendly welcome received after our long drive to London. The kind receptionist did everything possible to make us comfortable and gave us advice about parking our car. We were also grateful to the flexibility given to us for a later checkout, which gave us more time to get the children ready. All in all, this establishment are really looking to make their guests happy!"
